Jaylynn Floyd, VCU Undergraduate Psychology Student

Undergraduate Research Assistant

I’m currently in my undergrad and my junior here at VCU studying psychology with a minor in criminal justice. My current area of research in the lab is studying how families and their roles act as protective factors for children and their development of conduct problems in black families. When I graduate from undergrad, I plan on getting my PhD in clinical or counseling psychology and hopefully one day work as a psychologist researching to better help the community.
